Request for Contributions
On May 12th, 2012, the families of Watertown Cooperative Nursery School (WCNS) will be hosting the school’s annual Silent Auction Fundraiser. Proceeds from the auction are used both to sustain and enrich our school environment. We write to ask that you consider supporting our school by contributing an item or service to our silent auction.
WCNS is a small non-profit created in 1952 by a group of dedicated parents. Over the years, hundreds of families in the Watertown, Belmont, Newton, Cambridge, and Waltham area have sent their children to WCNS. As these children enter the community, they bring with them the strong values instilled at this extraordinary school.
We would so greatly appreciate your participation through a contribution to our auction. Past contributors to the auction have gained loyal new customers as well as valuable advertising to an active and local clientele. If you decide to donate an item, we also suggest that you provide us with business cards or brochures to be displayed the night of the auction.
If you can accommodate our request, please contact us at the number listed below. A school member can come to pick up the donation at a time that is convenient. Contact us for a donation receipt and our IRS 5013C letter. Thank you very much for your time and consideration!
